01
Performance reviews happened once a year with no documented evidence. Ratings were based on recency bias and gut feel — not a year of consistent tracking.
02
Employees had no visibility into how managers saw their work. Self and manager ratings lived in separate spreadsheets that were never compared.
03
Growth conversations were vague. "Do better on communication" is not a development plan. There was no structured way to set goals or track progress against them.
04
HR had no org-wide view. Compliance, who'd submitted, who was at risk — all of that required chasing people on Slack. Nothing was systematic.
01
Upload KRAs
Upload your Excel template once. Meridian parses the KRA hierarchy — Value → Bucket → KRA — and stores it per user in Supabase.
02
Rate Monthly
Every month, employees self-rate each KRA (1–5), add reasoning notes, and save. Managers rate independently on the same KRAs. Both sides see the gap.
03
Track Trends
Ratings build into MoM trend lines, value-level averages, and gap analysis. AI flags drops, persistent misalignments, and patterns across the year.
04
Prep & Grow
AI generates personalised growth roadmaps and 1-on-1 conversation scripts based on real rating data — not templates, not guesswork.

"The 1-on-1 prep generates a full conversation script from your actual rating data. Not a template with blanks to fill — a specific brief for your specific month, your specific gaps, and what to say about them."
01
Self vs manager gap is the product
Most tools collect ratings. Meridian's whole point is the gap between what you think and what your manager thinks — tracked monthly, visualised clearly, and surfaced before it becomes a problem. Persistent gaps >1pt for 2+ months trigger an automatic alert.
02
Excel-native for the team, Supabase-persistent for HR
KRAs live in Excel — where your HR team already manages them. Upload once, Meridian parses the full hierarchy including the dedicated quarterly sheet. All ratings persist in Supabase. No new workflows for the team, full data integrity for HR.
03
AI that reads your data, not a chatbot
Every AI feature — insights, SWOT coaching, roadmap, 1-on-1 prep — reads your actual ratings, your actual gaps, and your actual goals before generating anything. Claude doesn't give generic advice. It gives advice specific to your month, your KRAs, and your numbers.
04
Single HTML file. No backend to maintain.
The entire platform — both dashboards, all charts, all AI, all data — is one HTML file deployed on Netlify. Supabase handles auth and storage. Anthropic handles AI. Nothing to maintain, nothing to scale, nothing to break. Deploy by dropping a file.
05
PWA — installable on mobile
Add to home screen on any phone. Service worker caches the app for offline access. Bottom navigation collapses the full sidebar into a scrollable tab bar. Inputs are sized to prevent iOS zoom. It works like a native app because it was designed to be one.
